We understand that there has been a delay for some venues being able to access their keg codes. For this reason we have lifted the restrictions on weekly keg limits.

The campaign will run for as long as it takes for the £500,000 tips fund to be redeemed by our customers, but no later than 9th May (Campaign has a maximum 4 weeks duration).

When pubs are legally allowed to re-open on 12th April 2021.

You can redeem up to 12 kegs which is the maximum number of kegs eligible for the promotion.

The maximum number of kegs you will be able to redeem during the campaign is 12.

Each Promotional Keg of Stella Artois contains one unique keg code. This keg code can be found on or below the keg cap on top of the keg.
Your keg code has the format 2AA-AAAA-AAAA-AAAA. -
Once you have completed all the tasks required for the promotion, you will have 5 green panels on your dashboard and the last panel 'Payout info' will be activated. After a few simple steps, we'll be able to process your payment for your earned tips.

Do I need to be an existing stockist of Stella Artois (4.6%) draught to participate in the campaign?
Yes, this campaign is set up to tip your bar staff £1 for every Stella Artois pint served. No other brands qualify.

Firstly, create an account on stellaartois.com/stellatips. There will be a few validation steps you will need to go through to make sure you are a real pub and pouring Stella Artois.
As of 12th April 2021, enter the unique codes found on your Stella Artois kegs. We will then verify the submission and notify you if and when the tips are ready to collect.
You will then need to link your Stripe account so that we can pay the funds directly to you. As the owner of the pub it will be your responsibility to allocate the tips to your staff. If you don’t have a ‘Stripe’ account you will be able set this up via stellaartois.com/stellatips

Stripe helps us get the money from the ourselves to your bank account. They are a payment processor – like a credit card machine with a dashboard!

The money will hit your Stripe account and show as a balance in your dashboard. You can then just login in to Stripe and generate a payout to your bank account.

All that we ask is that you shout about your participation in the campaign on your social media channels, using #StellaTips. There will be prizes for the pubs who shout about #StellaTips the loudest!

Once you have created an account via the stellaartois.com/stellatips, we will send you our #StellaTips welcome pack, which includes lanyards and pin badges for your bar staff, a hanger to place on your font/t-bar and some drip catchers to put on every freshly poured pint of Stella Artois. You can also download assets to use on your social media channels and adverts you can use on your digital menus/ordering apps.

Go to stellaartois.com/stellatips and you can add multiple pubs to one account by clicking on the ‘add pub’ button

Once we have verified your submission and notified you that your tips are ready to collect, you will need to connect your Stripe account. Once this has been completed, we will transfer tips to pubs on a bi-monthly basis.
